The Bookseller Group, which is the company behind The Bookseller magazine and website, runs We Love This Book. The Bookseller is the leading UK trade publisher with over 150 years of continuous publication.
Absolutely! No one can upload a book review without going through our editorial team. So we aim to avoid some of the obvious plugging that you see elsewhere. We don’t sell books so we are not elevating one book over another because we are paid to do so. If we have reviewed a book positively, it is because we love it.
If you're interested in reviewing books for us, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you're interested as well as sending us an example of a book review you've written. You need to be based in the UK.
If you're a publisher, please send your books to The Bookseller offices marked for the attention of the Editor of We Love This Book. We need review copies at least a month in advance of publication, and in print please (proofs are accepted). Currently we're not reviewing self-published books but this is something we're looking at the best way to do, we'll let you know here when we open submissions.
